Ash Yang

Ash is a Hmong American from Cottage Grove, Minnesota. Committed to the truth of the bit, Ash takes the bleeding soul and transforms it into something tangible for their audience. Before their journey at AMDA, they’ve been in shows such as Evil Dead: The Musical, The Laramie Project and The Rocky Horror Show. During their training at AMDA, they’ve also had the privilege of playing Daisy in Batboy and Gingy in Shrek: The Musical Reading. Ash is ecstatic to continue their journey as a performing artist, ready to reach for the stars and even further than that.
