Hemali Gopie-Lautan

Hemali Gopie-Lautan from Pretoria, South Africa found her passion for acting at age 10 through watching bloopers from The Maze Runner. She aspires to inspire artists to be proud of who they are and where they come from. Hemali adds her own South Asian spice to her art, staying true to her roots. Hemali has trained in a few dance styles, finding her home in Kathak and has been in training with her Guruji Pravika Nandini. Hemali enjoys cooking and baking with Mum, being Dad’s water girl when he plays cricket and spending her days with loved ones.
