Delaney Giesbrecht

Delaney Giesbrecht is a Canadian born dancer who is an unexpected wildflower that shares her passion through creation, movement and performance. Currently based in Los Angeles where she pursued a BFA in Dance at American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Her training includes 13 years with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School in their Intensive Training program with focus on Ballet, Modern and Pointe while getting to perform in Ballets with the RWB’s company, like one directed by Twyla Tharp. Four years with Shelley Shearer School of Dance under their Pre-Professional program which had strong focus on a well-rounded amount of dance styles, following a year study in the CLI Conservatory under the direction of Teddy Forance getting to train with extraordinary choreographers a versatility of commercial and concert dance styles. Continuing her training in a multitude of styles at AMDA, Delaney enjoys creating, storytelling, and sharing her passion for dance with others. Delaney aspires to continue sharing her art travelling around the world, through TV/film, and connecting through live performance.
