Mikayla Patten

Mikayla Patten has never known a life without dance.  Meeting her passion at a young age, she found a home in ballet and concert.  No matter how thrilling, she always felt something was missing. It wasn’t until she found commercial dance that she realized what it was. With both sides complete, she was finally able to prioritize her happiness and explore her craft. Patten excels in everything from jazz and heels to contemporary. Because of her technical background, Mikayla creates versatility within her practice. Never forgetting to add her own legato dynamics, high energy bursts of texture, and a fun yet intentional performance quality.
