Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting


Polina Bakuleva, a Russian-Romanian actress, came from Limassol Cyprus to Los Angeles to earn her BFA degree in Acting. While at AMDA she acted in “The House of Bernarda Alba” as Maria-Josefa, “12 Angry Jurors” as Juror 11, and performed Polina’s monologue from Winter’s Tale at a Snapshots Showcase. Polina was also in multiple student films such as “When Mourning Comes” and “Girls’ Bathroom”. Polina started out as a dancer, and then started pursuing other areas of art such as photography and writing. She is also very excited to step into the role of filmmaker, directing her original short films.
