Taylor Alexis Newton

Taylor is an actress, director, and dancer from Frisco, Texas, with a lifelong love of storytelling. Her passion began with childhood living-room “productions” for her family. By age 3, she was training in various dance styles before discovering acting in a middle school theatre class. Although she once planned to pursue law, theatre quickly became her calling, eventually leading her to AMDA. Inspired by the Black women and artists who paved the way before her, Taylor aims to contribute to richer representation both on screen and stage. Outside of performing arts, Taylor is currently pursuing a career in bookkeeping.
